Since its inception in 1935, Ricci Construction Company Incorporated (Ricci) has been a family owned firm servicing New England's construction needs. Our commitment to quality and customer service started back in 1935 and is the foundation upon which our business is built today. That foundation has led to repeat business throughout the years, which has become the backbone of our business.

At Ricci, we believe that each customer is important, no matter what the size of the project. We take as much pride in performing small interior renovations as we do in constructing multi-million dollar projects.

We have been located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire since our inception. Portsmouth affords us an ideal location with easy access to Interstate 95, Route 16, and Interstate 495. We are less than one hour (50 +/- miles) to Boston, Massachusetts and Portland, Maine. We are forty-five minutes to both Manchester and Concord, New Hampshire.

Utilizing the Design/Build and Construction Management type of services allows us to meet the various needs of our clients while still maintaining our reputation as providing quality work at a reasonable cost.

We have our key personnel oversee the management of each sub trade, i.e., masonry, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical. We have a list of subcontractors who we deal with almost exclusively and have for many years.
